I spent a good portion of the weekend trying to figure out if I can run Stable Diffusion on my no-M1-chip-having Macbook Pro, and specifically if I would have any sort of animation capabilities. I started my quest a few days ago when I threw the question out to the Impermanent Digital discord, and now as of Sunday March 26th just 10 minutes shy of 4:20pm, I can declare I still don't know the answer. It looks like maybe I can run some versions on Google Colab, or services in-browser but likely not a version with animation capabilities. I'll continue my pursuit towards animated ai.
